My Top 5 Ford Canada Moments

Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with amazing brands around the world. As our family continues to grow with new contributors coming onto the blog regularly, I decided it was time to look back on some of my favourite #DoTheDaniel moments with Ford Canada. I’ve combed through countless events, experiences and vehicles to create my Top 5 Ford Canada moments over the years as we begin an exciting 2017 with them. I can’t share all the details just yet, but needless to say we can’t wait to share some exciting things coming down the pipeline for Canadians with our favourite car company. 1. The Lincoln Motor Company #LuxuryUncovered Dinner

Having the opportunity to eat out at some amazing places & spaces; it’s extra special to receive an invitation to a dinner preview at the city’s historic Waterworks building from Ford’s luxury line of vehicles, The Lincoln Motor Company. Adorning the Art-Deco building were high-tech installations featuring the fleet’s latest vehicles completely with conveyor belt bar, large scale musical performance & dinner by Susur Lee.

2. Art of Fusion at McMichael Art Gallery

Having the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the 2017 Ford Fusion experience, touring the McMichael gallery and creating our own piece of artwork before a delicious meal. I don’t think this day could have been any better and I had the chance to meet new people while driving this incredible vehicle. My #ArtOfFusion art still hangs in our condo!

Ending an amazing day with an amazing meal. Thank you so much for an incredible #ArtofFusion experience @FordCanada ??

3. #CIAS2016

The Canadian International Auto Show or CIAS sees thousands step into the Metro Toronto Convention centre previewing some of the auto world’s latest line of vehicles. It’s become one of the world’s biggest autoshows (with us even having a world premiere this year) for the vehicle fan – From concept cars & vintage models to vehicles accessories and gadgets; CIAS has EVERYTHING you can think of, for anyone. Attending my first CIAS was made even better by the team at Ford Canada!

4. NAIAS 2016

By far one of my favourite Ford Canada experiences; taking flight as a personal guest of FORD to attend the North American International Auto show in Detroit. I fell in love with the car and food culture of the city alongside BFF Casie Stewart and genuinely can’t wait to get back to the city to experience more of this gritty iconic city. Not to mention I have to make plans to attend NAIAS 2018 with the team to keep up to date with all things Ford Canada since it is the annual event that sets the tone for the year to come.

5. #FordTryMore Montreal Trip

A memorable trip because I had Julio panicking in the back of a FORD vehicle on a Montreal race track; testing out the 2016 fleet of vehicles – this experience had us, as the hashtag suggests, trying more. Car bowling, speed-track racing, paint-gun painting. It was also an amazing experience for contest winners from across the country who had the chance to experience the Ford Canada brand in an exciting way during an all expense paid trip to Montreal? SO MUCH FUN!

Another day, another flight. See you soon @montreal ? #FordTryMore

And just in case any of you are wondering what I would like for my birthday, The 2018 Ford Mustang is a great gift idea. However, it doesn’t have to brand new! There is a wide selection of used cervini mustangs on car sales websites. Perhaps I’ll ask for a second hand car instead of a completely new one, that might increase my chances of getting one!
