While the summer might not be exactly the one we were hoping for, now more than ever with a little bit of due diligence, there are incredible experience to be had right here in Ontario. Earlier this summer I shared our “Bubble Buddies” and how grateful we are to have them in the safety of our COVID-19 bubble. So this weekend, with a lot of planning and research thanks to the team at Niagara Falls Tourism, I am sharing my must see & do items that we have planned so that you can recreate it with your family and bubble this summer too!
Earlier this year I shared how excited I was to enjoy Niagara Falls from home – click here – and it’s finally come time to do it in real life. And I’m taking you along with me all weekend long via social media!
You’ll probably have, or are close to having, your own friends and bubble. While some are a bit more adventurous than others – whether you’re traveling safely with them or on your own – Niagara Falls is a Canadian icon and is ready for an amazing experience. Here’s my quick list ahead of our weekend where you can follow along with us on our adventures wearing fabulous masks and practicing social distancing rules.
First off, why not start your weekend off on a high? We’ve booked and experience with Niagara Helicopter Tour which quite literally will take me to new heights. It’s been years since I was last in a helicopter, and being that this is the first vacation outside of the city, it only felt right to start it off in the most epic of ways.

So what to do while you’re in Niagara Falls? OMG there’s so much to do! From Journey Behind the Falls to Table Rock Centre, White Water Walk to Whirlpool Aero Car, Niagara Parks is a must for those of you like us who enjoy being outside and active. And how could you not in the summer!
Because Niagara Falls is so walkable, a lot of the main attractions we’ve signed up for are so close there’s no excuse to not enjoy them. If things are a bit too far, of course there are Snap E-Bike Rentals makes for a magical day exploring one of the most beautiful parts of Ontario.

Of course would it be a trip to #ExploreNiagara without food, and yes, wine. We’ll be taking our group to enjoy one of a kind experiences at Queen Victoria Place Restaurant now that they’ve launched their stunning new patio. And of course a visit to Niagara Distillery is a must on a summer’s day or for a night cap. If you love Mediterranean food, Kasbah Mediterranean is a must on your next visit.
