Alright Toronto, what are you doing Saturday January 24th? Have I got an event for you! Taking place at the Arcadian Court, lululemon & The Remix Project are hosting Beats and Balance all day long. This all day gathering is going to feature some of the best in the Health & Fitness world and turn into a party you won’t want to miss. Come and join the #DoTheDaniel team for classes, music, food and maybe even a few drinks all in support of one of the city’s best charities.
Who doesn’t know and love the iconic lululemon brand? But did you know that they are also proud supporters of social programs and change? Beats and Balance is a perfect example of how the health industry can come together to make a difference in the lives of youths across the GTA. 100% of the ticket proceeds will be donated to The Remix Project and the itinerary is looking to host some of the best in the fitness world (not to mention some of the hottest!)
“The Remix Project was created in order to help level the playing field for young people from disadvantaged, marginalized and under served communities. Our programs and services serve youth who are trying to enter into the creative industries or further their formal education; The REMIX Project provides top-notch alternative, creative, educational programs, facilitators and facilities. Our mission is to help refine the raw talents of young people from across the GTA in order to help them find success as participants define it and on their own terms.”
Take a look at the following roster and consider spending the day making a difference with us all. Beats and Balance is going to be the place to be and be seen, so why not come on down? Tickets to this event can be pre-ordered here, or come on down tomorrow when doors open to the public. Remember that the money you spend will go back to a worthy cause that makes a difference here in our city.
