When the new year started, I made a promise to myself. Not only would I be more kind to those around me and myself, but I also would work towards feeling better on the inside and the outside. As a #DiscoverPC member in partnership with President’s Choice, I’ve been sharing a lot of delicious items and recipes to help you get that inside healthy and happy. But what about the outside? Now that I am eating better and have Catherine guiding me down a path to better nutrition, I knew it was time for a “new me.” Nothing drastic. But I wanted to start the new year with a fresh start. First, I started with a new hair cut and colour to boost my confidence (so far, it seems you’re all liking it!) Next, I knew that I needed some new clothing.
