Who Run The World?

As 2018 comes to it’s final few months and I prepare for the next chapter for the #DoTheDaniel team, I am reminded that so many inspiring and powerful women have helped to shape and share this around the world. With some pretty incredible events coming in the month of November, I always find it important to celebrate the ones that I want you to come along with us to. Every year since launching the blog with some of the most inspiring women I know, we have attended and supported Dress for Success Toronto in their endeavour to help the world be a little brighter. Consider the current climate, I feel like now more than ever, it’s important to celebrate the women who inspire us. And you can do just that with us on November 14th right here in Toronto!

Being that we have so may powerful, inspiring, beautiful, generous, kind… the list goes on… women on the team, I wanted to offer Annick and Ashlyn the opportunity to attend Polished 2018 on our behalf. What does this year entail you ask?

“Celebrating voices in women’s empowerment, Polished 2018 will take place at Toronto’s historic Great Hall on Wednesday, November 14. Join us for this inspiring cocktail reception in support of our programs that empower women in achieving economic independence.

This year, we’re celebrating the women who inspire us. Expect every detail – from our special guests, to our curated silent auction, to the food and drink – to be polished.”

Gathering together some of the best and brightest Toronto has to offer, this year is set to be a soirée that will leave each and every attendee feeling inspired and motivated to continue changing the world for the better. And though I wish I was attending with the Toronto ladies, I know that they will share the evening with us on social media and help to add to the evening while enjoying the company, food, drink and all the exciting activities that await them.
