Not all boobies are created equal (yes, you can quote me on that). They come in different shapes, sizes and even colours. And you know what? They’re all beautiful. Each and every single one, or technically both of them. Whatever. But they also have something else in common… they all deserve some serious love.
Other than giving them a good old fashioned titty-hug every now and then (yeah, maybe don’t quote me on that one though), you can show them some gratitude by treating your body right. What you put into and onto your body affects your health. Speaking of healthy, are you getting enough exercise these days? This week, I want to talk about the Tenderly Obsessive fitness bra from the New Balance Psyche Collection available at The Running Room. With sculpted, moisture-wicking cups for support, this bra offers shaping and modesty with it’s adjustable straps and wrap-around mesh panels for breathability. Geared more towards high impact for A and B cups, this baby pushes the envelope when it comes to the basic bra design.

The Tenderly Obsessive Smoothie
This dessert-like hormone-balancing sweet treat is sure to get you revved up and energized!
1 TSP Maca
1 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 CUP Pumpkin Puree
1 TSP Ground Flax Seed
1 1/2 CUPS Milk of choice (i.e. Coconut, Almond, Rice, etc)
1 Date (optional – if you like it really sweeeeet)
If you’re not finding it thick enough, add more pumpkin or some ice cubes!
What the heck is Maca though? Well, you may have heard of this little gem before as it’s popping up all over the place these days. It’s peruvian ginseng and packs an energizing punch (great for in the bedroom too… just sayin). Raw cacao is full of antioxidants, zinc, fibre and magnesium – all required for a great workout and healthy bod. Eating chocolate to stay healthy? Yes please! Flax seeds, while high in fibre and omega fats, are fantastic at helping to balance those hormones.
Why pumpkin though? Well surprisingly, pumpkin and chocolate taste pretty awesome together. But also, pumpkin is currently in season and contains a ton of beta-carotene which converts in a form of Vitamin A in the body. Among many other functions, this helps to keep your vision in check!
